Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of game mechanics, features, and functionalities under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and other team members to integrate assets and ensure smooth gameplay experiences.
- Contribute to the creation of prototypes and participate in testing and debugging activities.
- Help optimize game performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
- Contribute to the documentation of code and development processes.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in game development, computer science, or a related field. Completion of a HD/Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Passion for game development and a strong desire to learn and contribute to the field.
- Prior experience with game development through coursework, personal projects, or internships is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in game development, such as C#, C++, or Java.
- Familiarity with game development engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Basic understanding of game design principles and mechanics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.
