HR Assistant / Assistant HR Officer – Contract

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of HR support including but not limited to C&B, payroll, taxation, recruitment activities, visa application, staff on-boarding and employee attendance etc;
  • Maintain accurate employee record in HR system and filing system;
  • Liaise with different parties and service providers to support the HR operations;
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above in HRM / BBA / Accounting or relevant studies;
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in MNC or Chinese Organization;
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Detail-minded, independent, responsible and well-organized;
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer;
  • Fresh graduate will be considered;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
