Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the execution of the recruitment process, including job vacancies, resume screening and interview arrangements, to ensure recruitment efficiency and quality;
- Participates in the design and organization of onboarding training programs for new employees to help new employees integrate into the company culture and team;
- Assists in employee performance evaluation and appraisal, collect, organize and analyze performance data, and provide performance management suggestions;
- Organizes employee training and development plans to improve employees' professional skills and professionalism;
- Assists in resolving employee relations issues, handling employee complaints and disputes, and maintaining a good working atmosphere;
- Participates in the formulation and optimization of human resources policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and standards of human resources management;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, psychology or relevant disciplines;
- Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to communicate effectively with employees and management;
- Familiar with human resources management processes and relevant laws and regulations, and have certain experience in employee relations;
- Possess strong organizational coordination and problem solving skills, and can handle various human resources matters independently;
- Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office) with good file processing and data analysis capabilities;
- Priority will be given to those who have experience in human resources management and with relevant qualification certificates;
