Job Responsibilities
- Provide end user support for APAC regions including PC operating systems, hardware, video conference, applications, mobile devices and peripherals
- Perform installation, upgrade and maintenance of software and hardware
- Monitor and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and fulfillment of service requests, adhering to predefined SLAs.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and licenses
- Assist PC and IT accessories procurement
- Collaborate with other team members in the IT department (regional and global) to support corporate ad-hoc projects or perform any IT related assignments
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Experience working in IT Service Desk is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Windows desktop and server, MS Office application (MS Office 365 environment, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 - 2019, mac iOS)
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated, can do attitude and customer- oriented
- Proficient in English and Chinese communication, both in written and spoken
