Large Scale Model / NLP Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for researching and developing natural language processing and knowledge management algorithms based on large models in industrial and other fields.
• Analyze business requirements based on application scenarios, design suitable algorithms, and optimize engineering solutions.
• Conduct research on topics related to LLM, machine learning, and stay updated with the latest technological advancements.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree or above, with a preference for computer-related majors.
• Proficiency in NLP algorithms for large models, familiarity with common machine learning and NLP algorithms and tools.
• Proficiency in deep learning tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, DeepSpeed, along with experience in development under the Linux environment. Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, and solid programming skills.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of large models and common fine-tuning methods. Ability to provide data annotation schemes based on business characteristics. Familiarity with open-source large model fine-tuning and practical experience in optimizing language models through reinforcement learning based on human feedback, particularly in domain-specific scenarios, is preferred.
