Logistics Intern

Job Responsibilities

Handle full set of I/E documents and trade declaration under instruction
Go through the Logistic flow, of process invoice, packing list and shipping instruction
Follow up shipment and tracking
Answer customers’ enquiries
Perform any other, Logistics, Shipping duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Undergraduate, Master (MSc or MPhil), PhD students major in logistics, marketing, or relevant disciplines
Interest in in trading industry is a plus
Interest in trading in mainland China and Taiwan is preferable
Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
A good team player and sound communication skills
Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
