Job Responsibilities
- Develop advanced algorithms such as anatomical structure segmentation, lesion segmentation, and CT segmentation.
- Use computer vision technology to improve the accuracy of surgical video understanding algorithms.
- Develop efficient data processing tools to improve the quality of medical image algorithm training data.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with medical imaging data engineering and algorithm development processes.
- Have an in-depth understanding of at least one of the common visual tasks such as target detection, semantic segmentation, and instance segmentation.
- Familiar with commonly used software for medical imaging, such as 3D slicer, ITK-SNAP, ImageJ, etc.
- Candidates with experience in labeling and cleaning target detection/segmentation/recognition data will be given priority; candidates with experience in data flywheel development will be given priority.
