Officer Manager - Procurement focus

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans according to the company's needs.
  • Research the supplier market, evaluate and select suppliers to ensure optimal quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery time.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best purchasing terms and prices.
  • Manage supplier relations, including regular assessment of supplier performance and feedback.
  • Monitor and predict future inventory needs. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand their product and service needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, purchasing, or related fields.
  • Good Command in English and Mandarin.
  • 3-5 years+ of work experience in purchasing or related fields. Experience in the internet or technology industry is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle complex problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
