Postdoctoral Fellow / Research Associate / Research Assistant - Enhancing vision with exercise

Job Responsibilities

• The appointees will assist the project leaders in the research project : “Enhancing vision with exercise”
• The tasks include project development, study design/protocol, ethics applications, experimental setup, data collection, data analysis and preparation of manuscripts. Preference will be given to candidate who has the experience in the following areas:
• Retinal degeneration study: experience with animal research, biomedical research experience.
• Exercise and learning study: Psychophysics, programming, perceptual learning, exercise science.

Job Requirements

• Applicants for the Postdoctoral Fellow posts should have a doctoral degree or an equivalent qualification in Vision Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, Optometry, Ophthalmology, Biomedicine, Health Technology, Rehabilitation or other related STEM disciplines.
• Applicants for the Research Associate posts should have a master’s degree or an equivalent qualification in one of the said disciplines.
• Applicants for the Research Assistant posts should have an honours degree or an equivalent qualification in one of the said disciplines.
• The appointees shall be working in Hong Kong. Overseas graduate is welcome to apply, the qualification awarding institution should be the top 100 institutions for STEM-related subjects in QS/Shanghai Jiao Tong Uni/Times Higher Education world university rankings.
