Postdoctoral Fellow / Research Associate / Research Assistant - Impact of optical defocus, aberration and light exposure on myopia

Job Responsibilities

• The appointees will assist the project leaders in the research project : “Impact of optical defocus, aberration and light exposure on myopia”
• The tasks include project development, study design/protocol, ethics application, experimental setup, data collection, data analysis and preparation of manuscript.

Job Requirements

• Applicants for the Postdoctoral Fellow posts should have a doctoral degree or an equivalent qualification in Vision Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, Optometry, Ophthalmology, Applied Physics, Optics, Chemical Technology, Health Technolog y, Bioinformatics, Rehabilitation or other related STEM disciplines.
• Applicants for the Research Associate posts should have a master’s degree or an equivalent qualification in one of the said disciplines.
• Applicants for the Research Assistant posts should have an honours degree or an equivalent qualification in one of the said disciplines.
• The appointees shall be working in Hong Kong. Overseas graduate is welcome to apply, the qualification awarding institution should be the top 100 institutions for STEM-related subjects in QS/Shanghai Jiao Tong Uni/Times Higher Education world university rankings.
