Job Responsibilities
- The project aims to generate a transgenic mouse strain in which murine immunoglobulin elements are replaced by humanised elements, enabling theproduction of a diverse repertoire of antibodies with novel features. This platform will serve as a foundation for the development of innovative biologics withvaluable therapeutic properties. The project will receive initial funding for a duration of two years, with the possibility of renewal based on its progress andoutcomes.
Job Requirements
- We are actively seeking committed research scientists at different levels of experience who possess a keen interest in transgenic technologies and humanised mouse models. The positions are laboratory-based and require an advanced level of proficiency in molecular and cell biology techniques, including cloning, cell culture, and gene expression. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working with BAC recombineering and/or ES cell culturing. Having a background in immunology or B cell biology would be advantageous, but is not essential. Candidates should possess creativity, curiosity, and the willingness to step outside their comfort zone.
