Job Responsibilities

  • - Assist with administrative & operational tasks
  • - Keep track & manage different internal system databases
  • - Keep track of design & development tasks
  • - Keep track of business contacts & sales items

Job Requirements

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information System, Management or other related fields
  • - Basic experience in using modern system tools such as Notion, Todoist & Craft etc…
  • - Basic experience in using product tools such as Figma, Figjam & Miro etc…
  • - Creative, open-minded, and passionate about innovative stuffs
  • - Good team player, comfortable working & communicating with various functional teams
  • - Good presentation skills, preferably with digital tool skills
  • - Strong project management skills, organised and good attention to detail
