Research Assistant (Chemical synthesis direction)

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and conducting experiments to develop novel materials formulations and manufacturing processes;
• Researching to identify and evaluate new materials with improved properties and performance;
• Analyzing and characterizing materials using advanced techniques, such as microscopy, spectroscopy, and mechanical testing;
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to material development and manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymers or a related field;
• Proven experience in materials development, preferably in an industrial or research setting;
• Strong knowledge of materials characterization techniques and familiarity with analysis tools and software;
• Proficiency in designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data.
