Researcher (Hearing Aids)

You will:
1. Use speech signal processing, innovative acoustic devices to solve challenges in hearing compensation, intelligibility improvement, and sound quality optimization .
2. Become a key figure in basic technology breakthroughs, algorithm architecture, and even industry standard setting.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, exploring the forefront of cross-disciplinary fields.

We expect you to:
1. Hold a Master's or Ph.D. degree in fields such as Computer and Information Engineering, Acoustics, Audiology, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics and Automation, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
2. Preference will be given to those with experience in speech signal processing, embedded systems, and projects related to audiology.
3. Have a strong sense of mission and responsibility for improving the quality of life for the hearing impaired.
4. Demonstrate excellent research abilities, be focused and curious, possess strong self-drive and learning capabilities, quickly familiarize yourself with and master new fields, and strive for excellence and innovation.
