Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Team in sales target achievement
  • Assist the Sales Team in drafting contracts, prepare samples, sales follow up and shipment coordination, after sales support.
  • Able to work with sales support engineers and product manager in a team
  • Coordinate company resources to serve customer and provide feedback on customer requirements to the company

Job Requirements

  • F.7 or DSE above
  • Good PC skills in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and experience in using ERP system is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good working attitude, willing to learn and hardworking
  • Verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, other language such as Russian or Spanish is a strong plus
  • Candidate with more experience will also be considered for senior position
