Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales and administrative support to sales manager such as tender submission documentation, invoicing and payment follow-up;
- Assist in sales and marketing campaign preparation;
- Attend trade shows, seminars, webinars and networking activities, and make warm or call calls to potential clients to generate lead opportunities;
- Handle sales enquiries and identify potential sales opportunities, new channels, partnership or co-brand opportunities.
Job Requirements
- University graduates in any disciplines, diploma holders with sound experience will also consider;
- 2 years' working experience, preferred in technology industry but not a must;
- Fresh graduates will be considered for junior position;
- Knowledge of marketing survey an advantage;
- Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Power Points and Word;
- Detail oriented, can spot and resolve errors and stay organized;
- Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin an advantage.
