Senior Engineer / Engineer - Nanomaterials

Develop scalable formulations for nanofiber, nanoparticle or nano-catalyst;
Perform advanced sample characterizations using techniques such as AFM, TGA, DSC, and XRD.
Conduct biomedical testing, including ELISA, drug release profiling, antimicrobial tests, etc.
Adhere to and understand ISO/GB/ASTM standards to ensure compliance and quality;
Generate and incubate innovative ideas for potential collaboration with industry partners; and
Work collaboratively with the R&D team to achieve project goal

A Master's degree (MSc/MPhil) in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related disciplines;
Proven hands-on experience in material science or biomedical assays;
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), fostering strong teamwork;
Exceptional report writing and presentation skills, along with proficiency in literature and patent searches;
A positive outlook, with analytical acumen, critical thinking, and adept problem-solving abilities; and
A commitment to excellence, willing to embrace challenges and work under pressure.
