Job Responsibilities
- Excellent on-the-job training for professional development.
- Formulate and develop high-performance cathodes based on an aqueous manufacturing process.
- Design experiments and analyze data for developing new types of material or battery technology.
- Assist the technology transition from the lab scale to the pilot scale.
- Assist with daily lab operation and management.
- Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Chem, material science, or related areas.
- Experience in Li-ion battery technology. Familiar with the fabrication and characterization of batteries proficiency in both English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Good problem- analytical, solving abilities, well-organized, good multi-tasking skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure and in a team.
- Self-disciplined and motivated, able to meet tight deadlines.
- Occasional travel to mainland China or overseas is required.
