Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support: Collaborate with the COO offering administrative support to the Company;
- Support executives on resource management;
- Foster and maintain clear communication throughout the office;
- Drive data excellence and maintain data workflow;
- Assist executives in preparing meeting materials and presentations;
- Drive key organizational events: Plan and lead events, exhibitions and delegation visits;
- Assist with special projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with minimal 10 years of work experience with a track record of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Ability to take initiative and have a flexible and positive approach to multitask while meeting deadlines;
- High degree of professionalism, strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and proven competency;
- Highly proficient technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- Previous experience as an executive assistant is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle senior-level responsibilities with finesse.
