Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and design of firmware for various wireless, audio and power management systems.
- Direct and innovate in digital, RF, and sensor circuits for wireless applications.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of New Product Introduction, including feasibility studies, engineering builds, qualification, and mass production.
- Conduct comprehensive studies on new sensor technologies, extending from initial feasibility to encompass product design, development, and manufacturability.
- Develop and test high-fidelity engineering prototypes, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards.
- Provide expert troubleshooting for sophisticated prototypes and products.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software and Mechanical Engineers, in complex projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of related experience in electronics/system engineering, specifically in wireless systems and New Product Introduction.
- Proficiency in schematic and layout software tools.
- Advanced skills in C and other relevant programming languages.
- Proven track record in innovative product design and successful transition to mass production.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
