Shipping Officer

Job Responsibilities

Handle full set of I/E documents and trade declaration
Process invoice, packing list and shipping instruction
Follow up shipment and tracking
Answer customers’ enquiries
Perform any other Shipping duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in trading industry
Relevant experience for mainland China and Taiwan is preferable
Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
A good team player and sound communication skills
Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
