Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Collect, build and maintain databases from various sources;
Design and implement new features for our current pipelines;
Design and build small scale tools to improve our current system in performance and user experience;
Maintain and improve the code for our current projects (mostly Python);
Write automation scripts in Python.

Job Requirements

Must have excellent coding skills;
Must have solid background in Python;
Must have experience with Pandas and NumPy libraries;
Experience with bash/ Linux is plus;
Experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) is plus;
Experience with Git/GitHub is plus;
Experience with genomic data formats (such as fasta) is plus;
Knowledge of AWS is a plus;
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions;
Should have excellent communication skills;
Must be fluent in English.
Bachelor degree or above in Computer sciences or related
