(Hong Kong, 15 November 2024) – Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) leads thirteen promising Park companies to participate in the 26th China High-Tech Fair (CHTF), held from 14 to 16 November at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. The tech ventures from the Hong Kong Science Park Shenzhen Branch (“Shenzhen Branch”) are exhibiting at the Hong Kong Pavilion, showcasing their R&D and application achievements in big data and artificial intelligence, life and health technology, new materials, and microelectronics. This edition of the CHTF has attracted more than 3,500 exhibitors from over 100 countries and regions, bringing together cutting-edge innovations from across the globe. HKSTP collaborates with the Shenzhen Branch tech ventures to present their R&D and commercialisation outcomes to international buyers, aiding partner ventures to expand their global business and accelerate Hong Kong's development into an international hub for innovation and technology.

13 Park companies showcased their innovative technology solutions, including the following tech ventures:
- i2Cool is a green and energy-efficient technology pioneer specialising in electricity-free cooling technology. Founded by professors and doctors from the School of Energy and Environment at the City University of Hong Kong, i2Cool’s self-developed nanomaterials products can achieve a cooling effect of up to 42℃ through efficient solar reflectivity and mid-infrared emissivity. The cooling solutions can be applied in industries as diverse as architecture, chemical industry, power & telecom, new energy, logistics, grain storage, and photovoltaic, etc, contributing to global sustainability and carbon neutrality goals.
- Vista Innotech (VIT) is dedicated to the independent research and development of the Micro Gimbal Stabilizer (MGS) camera module technology, offering comprehensive turnkey solutions that include patented mechanical designs and advanced control software. The MGS, developed in-house, is the world's smallest gimbal, designed to be integrated into mobile devices, effectively reducing blurring caused by low light and shaking. The MGS technology is protected by more than 110 patents and proprietary stabilisation software. Currently, camera modules equipped with MGS have been implemented in wearables, action cameras, drones, and smartphones. VIT is a member of the LEAP Program and CityU Tech300 at the Hong Kong Science Park.
- SP Infinite Technology Ltd (SPIT), founded in 2015, has been a leader in technological innovation, specialising in IoT, AI, and large language models. With a strong R&D team, SPIT provides customised solutions to clients across various sectors, including retail, NGOs, education, government, and businesses, helping them enhance operational efficiency and smart capabilities. As an ICT company, SPIT’s core technologies include RFID, facial recognition, large language models, and endpoint security. SPIT’s product offerings feature RFID fixed asset management, RFID anti-wandering systems, facial recognition anti-wandering systems, IoT air purifiers, customised AI-powered chatbots, and endpoint security solutions. SPIT’s anti-wandering systems are recognised by the Elderly and Rehabilitation Innovation Fund, making them ideal for hospitals and care homes. Moreover, SPIT’s IoT air purifiers have been successfully deployed in retail, dining, and shopping malls. SPIT continues to expand its IoT solutions, integrating AI into facial recognition and asset management to improve efficiency in tasks like asset registration and tracking. SPIT aims to deliver comprehensive solutions, helping clients manage resources efficiently and maximise budgets, ultimately achieving smarter operations and healthier living.
The Hong Kong Science Park Shenzhen Branch in Futian, Shenzhen, officially opened in September 2023. Just 1,200 meters from Futian Port, the park covers a total construction area of 31,000 square meters and includes two buildings equipped with dry/wet laboratories, co-working spaces, and facilities for meetings and exhibitions. This establishment provides additional research and collaborative spaces for science and technology ventures. With comprehensive amenities, the Shenzhen Branch actively expands the innovation community, helping companies in entering the Greater Bay Area market to gain a competitive edge. It serves as a pivotal force in driving technological innovation and fostering economic integration, acting as a "super-connector" that facilitates both inbound and outbound engagements, striving to establish the area as an international hub for innovation and technology.
