Job Description

• Social Media Management: Oversee online platforms ensuring post schedules are executed, measuring and analyzing digital footprints to enhance engagement.
• Community Engagement: Manage Discord and other channels, responding to beta user comments, engaging users through polls, and keeping channels active.
• Content Creation: Work with the marketing team on content creation, including making reels, drawing posts, and writing blogs.
• Community Strategy: Create and implement a community marketing strategy to build an engaged community for job seekers and professionals.
• Community Outreach: Serve as the community's ambassador, both online and at events, and promote community benefits to personal and university networks.
• Growth Initiatives: Execute campaigns to drive community growth and membership.
• Feedback Framework: Establish and utilize a feedback framework to enhance the community.
• KPI Analysis: Monitor and report on community KPIs.
