It offers a user-friendly experience akin to booking a restaurant reservation, eliminating the need for multiple sign-ups across different websites.

We, as a start-up, are an innovative platform connecting consumers with wellness services across Asia, making it easier for consumers to discover and book wellness options during their stay. NearDeal is part of the HKSTP Ideation Program and planning our MVP in December 2024. We believe in significantly enhancing the consumer and wellness interconnect, digital capability, AI content creation and digital payments. Our platform is designed to be affordable, flexible, and trustworthy, ensuring that consumers have access to the best wellness services tailored to their needs. We are currently developing integrated AI technology that will empower merchants to create engaging content and enhance customer connections.

Job Description

Testing & Validation:

• Conduct UAT to ensure software meets business requirements and user expectations.
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on functional and business requirements.
• Identify, document, and communicate bugs, defects, and inconsistencies in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues and validate fixes.

User Focus:

• Act as an advocate for the end-user, ensuring usability and functionality align with real-world scenarios.
• Provide feedback on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) aspects of the product.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test results, and issue logs.
• Generate detailed reports on UAT progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
• Present findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for resolution.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers to align UAT activities with project timelines.
• Provide input into go/no-go decisions for product releases.

• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into test scenarios.
