Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative intern to join our team in designing and testing various scenarios and assessments for our innovative mental health platform. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to mental health solutions while gaining hands-on experience in assessment design and user testing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to understand the goals and objectives of the mental health platform.
• Design and develop assessment scenarios that address various mental health conditions and needs.
• Conduct literature reviews and research best practices in mental health assessments.
• Create prototypes of assessments and scenarios for user testing.
• Facilitate user testing sessions, gathering feedback on usability and effectiveness.
• Analyze user feedback and data to make iterative improvements to assessments.
• Assist in the documentation of assessment designs and testing outcomes.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• A degree in Psychology, Mental Health, Social Work, or a related field is preferable.

• Strong understanding of mental health concepts and assessment methodologies is preferable.

• Proficient in design tools.

• Experience with user testing and gathering qualitative data.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
