Job Description

  • Conduct research in biomechanics, exercise science, and sports rehabilitation to guide product development and enhancements.
  • Analyze assessment data using technological solutions to identify trends that improve software functionality.
  • Collaborate with software developers and healthcare professionals to integrate research findings into product updates.
  • Develop and refine assessment protocols for range of motion, balance, and gait analysis.
  • Provide expertise on exercise interventions and rehabilitation strategies to enhance product usability.
  • Evaluate literature and emerging research to ensure evidence-based solutions aligned with industry standards.
  • Extract insights from limited datasets to drive R&D initiatives and enhance product performance.
  • Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to validate findings and support product development decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between research and other departments, facilitating effective communication of exercise science insights.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to share research findings with internal teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Academic Disciplines

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Rehabilitation, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in exercise science, sports rehabilitation, or related research roles.
  • Strong understanding of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, with experience in statistical software being a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of generating impactful insights from limited data.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in exercise science.
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging research and industry trends.
