Are you passionate about data software development and eager to make a difference in the industry? Join our team as a Software Engineering Intern and play a vital role in developing a web application that optimises data management for automated inspection processes. In this role, you will gain the opportunity to work on a real-world project, gaining hands-on experience in developing software solutions.

By the end of this internship, you will have:

• Engaged in front-end and back-end development tasks to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience.
• Conducted testing and debugging to upload high-quality standards and optimize performance.
• Researched and implemented innovative technologies to enhance the functionality and user interface of the web application.
• Assisted in documentation and maintenance of the web application.
• Gained practical experience in working on a real-world project.
• Received constant evaluation and feedback from your supervisor.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, data science, information engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Solid experience in markup languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, and governance principles and practices.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive mindset, well organized and self-motivated
• Confidence in and capable of learning new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and think creatively.
• Familiarity with big data engineering tools and frameworks, such as MySQL or Spark, is a plus. - Exposure to cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure, is a plus.
