Business Operation

Job Description

• Day-to-day management of social media channels including facebook, Instagram
• Daily operations of Online Store and other online marketplaces
• Monitor and respond to Social Conversations with Community Engagement
• Capture and Analyse Social Media Metrics, Insights and Best Practices
• Assist in backend coding for transferring our existing website to another platform
• Extract data from business analysis tools for reporting
