Job Description

• Develop & manage digital content calendar across various channels.
• Make use of GenAI tools to finalise high-quality, original & engaging content to capture our target audiences’ attention.
• Research, plan & implement content growth across various social media channels e.g. videos, graphics, and blogs to facilitate growth of our online and offline traffic, communities and partners’ network; analyse content success & adjust accordingly.
• Refine digital strategies (social media, product-led SEO, SEM etc) and best practices for operations, in both Creato Academy & 2tag.ai
• Analyse and evaluate SEO keywords and web traffic to improve performance of organic visibility and make execution recommendations to improve conversions.
• Understand business objectives and operations in order to work with other team members to drive result-driven solutions.
• Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Strong execution skills. Outputs and impacts matter more than working hours.
• You are interested in building something big and great
• A good attitude with strong adaptability & creativity
• Knowledge and experience in using GenAI tools, Canva Pro, Video Editing software are preferred
• Experience in running Instagram, YouTube etc.
• Knowledge in Copywriting, SEO techniques; Google Analytics & AdSense is a plus
• Good Command of written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• A good team player with excellent communication skill is a big advantage.
