Administrative Officer, Finance

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle company expense receipts and staff reimbursement
  • Assist in handling payment receipts and income transactions
  • Prepare different reports, such as expense report and budget plan
  • Any operation ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor and manager

Job Requirements

  • University degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 1-year related working experience is preferrable, fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Good command in Cantonese and English;
  • Proficient in MS office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Independent, proactive and detail minded
