Assistant / ​Deputy Manager - Sales Management

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement the Company’s corporate strategies, especially on customer portfolio and sales areas
  • Understand the data model of all business-related systems, especially in all customer and sales domains
  • Analyze and monitor the Company’s overall customer and sales structure for customer portfolio and sales management. Leading customer evaluation and implementing customer programs and initiatives
  • Ensure effective implementation on all sales initiatives, applications and systems to achieve company’s objectives
  • Work closely with e-commerce team. Keep track on latest status, new functions or tools, platform’s coming plan, etc. Collect e-commerce usage data and regional offices’ comments, feedback to e-commerce team to plan together on the platform’s development
  • Work closely with business and operation units to define necessary process to facilitate customer programs and initiatives. Understand the corporate strategy & direction and regional offices’ feedback
  • Work with Information Services Department closely on roadmap, enhancement, development plan of all Sales/Regions related application​

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics re​lated industry
  • Solid experience in ocean carrier business
  • Experienced in trade and regional operation and process
  • Experienced on IT development lifecycle, requirement analysis, project implementation, ocean carrier’s e-commerce development, data analysis by using business intelligent application and software
  • Strong project management, communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Self-motivated fast learner, a problem-solver with a growth mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
