Production Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation and follow the PMC schedule for production planning.
- Follow up and report the condition and progress of production.
- Responsible for quantity, quality and schedule, maintain the molds / machines / equipment in good preference and routine maintenance.
- Lead and guide production teams for entire operation in the division.
- Conduct the training plan and related activities for subordinates.
- Liaison with internal each level and other parties.
- Follow up project matter
Job Requirements
- Degree or above in Manufacturing engineering, Material Science, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- 6 years or above experience in Powder metallurgy & Project Management
- Strong knowledge in powder metallurgy and CNC machining production management
- Experience in Carbon brush, sinter bearing and shaft product
- Experience in KPI control knowledge
- Experience ISO 9001 or TS16949 system
- 6S mindset knowledge
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Willing to station in China
