Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full scope secretarial support to senior experts and the teams;
  • Responsible for travel arrangement, meeting arrangement, calendar management, reimbursement support, and coordinate with internal and external parties;
  • Support teams on HR issues, such as attendance management, assistant the team members with on-boarding and off-boarding matters;
  • Support teams on admin issues, such as asset management and office cubicle arrangement;
  • Provide assistance in team building and create a relaxed and efficient working atmosphere within the team.
  • Responsible for assisting in organizing internal and external reception activities and important meetings;
  • Cooperate with the secretary team to carry out the company’s activities to enhance staff cohesion;
  • Assist the secretary team to carry out internal publicity work;
  • Meet any other ad-hoc requests from the management, and back up other colleagues when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' solid experience as a secretary or administration officer;
  • Fluent in English and Chinese. Mandarin is a must;
  • Good in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and a team player and able to work under pressure.
