Job Responsibilities
- The objective to this role is to assist in preparing CRM plan and strategies to fulfill customer needs, draw traffic and boost members’ repeat purchase to maximize business opportunities.
- Analyzing database and prepare regular reports for the insights on business performance and customer experience etc.
- Managing customer retention campaigns and members engagement programs, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of growth in Vita Green Group member base and eventually optimizing the Consumer Engagement and sales performance.
Job Requirements
- An degree graduate in marketing, communications, or related disciplines

- Having previous experience in CRM / loyalty marketing and etc.
- Excellent in communication, organization, and coordination
