Tango Systems Support, Air Freight (agency staff)

Identify and document \as is\ processes
Implement operational process changes
Define process interdependencies and handover procedures
Develop and maintain country business case
Together with controlling ensure business benefits are met by TANGO deployment in country
Accountable to Deployment Controller for providing correct progress updates and information
Accountable to Joint TANGO Team for implementation of TANGO compliant processes and follow-up on Change Proposals, defects, and business/functional clarifications
Plan and develop test scenarios and test cases
Conduct, analyze and document UAT of TANGO and other applications towards target processes
Prepare and maintain Master Data for TANGO
Coordinate and (globally) align master data management (e.g. across country)
Create/adapt and implement data governance and compliance policy
Collect and cleanse master data required for TANGO setup
Plan, develop/adapt and provide trainings and training materials to all TANGO-related parties in country

Excellent understanding in processes and Microsoft Visio, benefits and current system landscape.
Detailed knowledge of air freight processes
Process modeling expertise
Training skills and knowledge about adult learning principles
Familiar in preparing training materials and training documentation
Communication skills (rhetoric, presentation)
Team player with very good communication skills
Leadership skills to drive successful project implementation
Ability to quickly establish and develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholder groups
Strong business acumen
Good command of English language
Bachelor degree of natural sciences, computer science, business, or an equivalent education
Fresh graduates are welcome
