AI Specialist / Senior AI Programmer

To develop generative AI to produce persuasive messages and images according to the given prompts and information;
To develop discriminators to identify offensive/discouraged content;
To collaborate with App & Web developers to jointly develop and deploy AI algorithms and models for novel products; and
To evaluate the performance of the developed models and the effectiveness of our products, analyse user data, and make improvements based on these assessments.

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Data Science or other related disciplines with 3-5 years of relevant working experience;
Proficient in the usage of OpenAI API and Langchain;
Proficient in generative AI, e.g., ChatGPT, ChatGLM, transformers, NeRFs, GANs, Midjourney, stable diffusion;
Proficient in prompt engineering especially in text and image format;
Competent in text data collection from Web, raw data analysis and processing for fine-tuning large NLP models;
Demonstrated experience in participating in the R&D of creative products;
Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Pytorch, Tensorflow, and Numpy;
Strong communication skills and proven experience in collaborating with software developers and vendors;
Experience in SDK and API engineering, mobile application development, and/or cloud computing is highly desirable;
Experience in visual art/graphic design/cartoon creation, UI/UX is desirable; and
Self-motivated, organised, and be able to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
