Assistant IT Manager

Responsible for office IT equipment, network, and server infrastructure operations, including software, hardware, cloud, data base
Perform system installation, configuration, system patching, testing & monitoring
Provide in-house technical support to small group of end-users
Prepare proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow through actions of all incidents/service requested
To review and document the IT documentations, formulate, and perform the User Acceptance Test, detailed reports on projects progress, problems, and solutions.
Manage and work closely with Vendor on performance and follow up
Participate in APAC project in any IT infrastructure related function
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for enhancing the IT infrastructure

Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
Minimum 6 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience
Experience with PC/Laptop/Printer hardware, Windows Desktop, MS Office & Business
Applications, VDI, VMWare Knowledge of Window Servers 2009-2012 (AD/DNS/DHCP/Hyper-V) Servers, Storage Servers & internetworking
Experience in vendor management for infrastructure setup, project governance, implementation and change management
Knowledge in Cloud infrastructure is a plus, hands on experience in design, setup and administration
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
