Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support corporate communications-related initiatives including but not limited to executive exposure and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives
- Collaborate with our Hong Kong marketing team to plan and execute communications activities Build and maintain relationships with key target media in Hong Kong and regional media
- Manage PR related issues and crises
- Regional market management (Selective markets across Asia and/or Latin America)
- Independently oversee PR and content execution in selective markets, to ensure consistency across the board. It includes communication messaging, brand exposure, media relations, issues management and CSR
- Develop guidelines, toolkits and training materials on the above disciplines
- Roll out global corporate communications and CSR initiatives occasionally
- Supervise global content creation in line with corporate goals in order to achieve positive media coverage for Lalamove
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure communications deployed resonates with the Lalamove’s target audience
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of PR and content efforts to demonstrate how the effort ties back to the overall business and marketing goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or business
- Proven experience in public relations, content development and / or related fields, Hong Kong experience is a must. Corporate communications and APAC regional experience is a plus
- Experience in the technology, start-up or logistics industries will be an advantage
- Candidate with experience working in a public relations or marketing communications agency will be considered
- Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese and Mandarin speaking
- Team-player who is highly motivated, proactive and able to fit in a diversified and dynamic working environment
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
