Business Operations Associate

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare presentation decks, proposals, and other business materials including user manuals and internal SOPs
  • Resolve client inquiries efficiently, troubleshoot the client’s issue navigating on the product web portal, and provide excellent client service to maintain the client’s satisfaction level
  • Perform regular manual accuracy checks to maintain the quality of the service
  • Improve customer’s experience by finding new training solutions and collecting client feedback and experiences on the product usage
  • Identify, report and follow up on issues with internal parties, and ensure all issues are resolved efficiently in an appropriate manner
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks as required during daily Sales Team operations

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience (experience in customer success/sales operation support is preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, information technology or related disciplines
  • Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English. Familiarity with business language is a plus
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, independence and willingness to learn
