Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations support of Oracle Fusion, SRM systems
- Work closely with the user from supply chain team including purchasing, planning, logistics, sales operations and analytics team and third-party vendors to ensure efficientm supply chain operations
- Be a business partner of supply chain, gaining insight into and interpretating business requirements, communicating and coordinating with business users to achieve business goals and deliver system solutions
- Design new solutions to support business scale, work with developer, key users, and third-party vendors to deliver customization
- Implement new process to meet business requirement against of out-of-the-box products
- Standardize system operation and process, continuously striving to improve performance
- Assist to improve knowledge base by delivering functional designs and user manual documentation
- Lead or participate in projects related to digit transformation in supply chain
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer and Information Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Oracle Fusion ERP, SRM related experience with ability to independently support supply chain operations
- Holder of CPIM, CSCP, CPSM is preferred
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules (including OM, PO, INV, and Planning)
- Familiar with Oracle Fusion Standard API
- Proficiency in SRM, Hand SRM system is a plus
- Able to conduct functional design independently
- Deploy and configure Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules or SRM system independently
- Experience in project management and able to troubleshoot system issues timely
- Strong in document writing, communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in English as the working language
