Business Solution Analyst, SCM

Responsible for daily operations support of Oracle Fusion, SRM systems
Work closely with the user from supply chain team including purchasing, planning, logistics, sales operations and analytics team and third-party vendors to ensure efficientm supply chain operations
Be a business partner of supply chain, gaining insight into and interpretating business requirements, communicating and coordinating with business users to achieve business goals and deliver system solutions
Design new solutions to support business scale, work with developer, key users, and third-party vendors to deliver customization
Implement new process to meet business requirement against of out-of-the-box products
Standardize system operation and process, continuously striving to improve performance
Assist to improve knowledge base by delivering functional designs and user manual documentation
Lead or participate in projects related to digit transformation in supply chain

Degree in Computer and Information Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant Oracle Fusion ERP, SRM related experience with ability to independently support supply chain operations
Holder of CPIM, CSCP, CPSM is preferred
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules (including OM, PO, INV, and Planning)
Familiar with Oracle Fusion Standard API
Proficiency in SRM, Hand SRM system is a plus
Able to conduct functional design independently
Deploy and configure Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules or SRM system independently
Experience in project management and able to troubleshoot system issues timely
Strong in document writing, communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in English as the working language
