Job Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
- Handle customer orders, inquiries and compliant by phone / E-mail
- Communicate with purchasing / warehouse department and clients for shipment / delivery arrangement
- Provide perfect solutions to client inquiry via different communication channels
- Process customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle daily RFQ, order rescheduling & forecast management
- Ac hob job assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- F.5 graduate with 5 or more passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B)
- At least 2 years solid working experience in sales administration or customer service field
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Flexible, self-motivated, multi-task and able to work under pressure
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent telephone manner
- Proficient PC skills and MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
- Good command of both spoken & written in English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediate Available is highly preferable
