Graduate Programme - Technology Leaders of Tomorrow

TLT is HKSTP’s exclusive 12-month graduate placement programme. Jumpstart your innovation and technology (I&T) career and become the next-generation tech leader!
Suitable candidates will be recommended for a research & development (R&D) role in one of our top partner companies at HKSTP. You will emerge on an inspiring journey with unparalleled exposure to the Hong Kong Innovation and Technology (I&T) ecosystem. More details on the roles and responsibilities will be provided in person when you are selected to join the TLT programme.

This programme accepts a small group of elite undergraduate or postgraduate students majoring in STEM-disciplines (i.e. Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) from anywhere in the world with no more than 3 years of full-time work experience at the start of TLT. Final-year university students are also welcome to apply.
