IT Service Desk Analyst, APAC

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide end user support for APAC regions including PC operating systems, hardware, video conference, applications, mobile devices and peripherals
  • Perform installation, upgrade and maintenance of software and hardware
  • Monitor and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and fulfillment of service requests, adhering to predefined SLAs.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and licenses
  • Assist PC and IT accessories procurement
  • Collaborate with other team members in the IT department (regional and global) to support corporate ad-hoc projects or perform any IT related assignments

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Experience working in IT Service Desk is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Windows desktop and server, MS Office application (MS Office 365 environment, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 - 2019, mac iOS)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated, can do attitude and customer- oriented
  • Proficient in English and Chinese communication, both in written and spoken
