Manager, Product Management
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the project management of existing and new Wi-Fi products
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed and prepare budget
- Manage project timeline of different stages of the product development (including prototypes, pre-production, mass production and material sourcing)
- Monitor progress of contract manufacturing in a timely-manner
- Lead and manage internal functional groups and external suppliers and contract manufacturers
- Determine and define product roadmap; gather customer inputs, perform competitive analysis and market studies
- Provide support to Sales and Marketing Team, such as writing up datasheets, case studies, and keep track of the product’s life cycle
- Manage regulatory and environmental compliance of existing and new Wi-Fi products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years’ of project management of R&D, contract manufacturing and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Independent and self-motivated
- Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
