Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of campus recruiting programs, especially in Mainland China;
- Establish effective sourcing strategies to strengthen candidate pool for business needs of the Center;
- Build up good relationships with universities’ career centers both locally and overseas;
- Responsible for candidate management, interview logistics arrangements, recruitment event coordinations and employer branding;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of solid work experience in campus recruitment;
- Familiar with the tertiary education market in the Mainland China would be an advantage;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Proficiency in using MS office applications and be familiar with China’s social media platforms;
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, mature, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
