PIE-SiC MOS / Diode Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for SiC Diode/MOS Automotive and Industrial grade products qualification in relating to AEC-Q101 and JDEC standard.
- Establishment and optimization of process and control of the overall project progress
- The improvement of device performance and process yield, and the solution of online problems
- Enhanced daily team management and timely execution of tasks as directed by superiors.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in microelectronics and semiconductor materials, coupled with over 5-8 years of experience in process integration, highlighting a profound understanding of process integration principles. Additionally, possessing 3 years of expertise in SiC direct products (JBS or MOS).
- More than three years of management experience, SiC related industries are preferred, prefer to SiC process fab or related.
- Proficient in various SiC MOS/Diode structures and possess a deep understanding of the key electrical parameters testing principles for MOS, as well as the ability to implement effective solutions.
- Familiar with each module process (Litho / Etch / TF / DIFF, etc.) and production method.
- Have a team cooperation spirit, effective communication skills.
