Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and compile a range of regular and ad hoc R&D progress and financial reports;
  • To maintain databases for tracking project progress and deliverables, and conduct performance analysis for management’s review;
  • To generate reports and prepare presentation materials for different stakeholders, and constantly review and evolve the materials in accordance with the development of the Company;
  • To prepare, review and/or edit write-ups for all incoming and outgoing project documentation in English and Chinese;
  • To oversee content management of the Company’s publicity channels, including corporate website, social media platforms and newsletter;
  • To assist supervisor(s) and co-worker(s) in devising the overall strategies for the partnership and communication functions at the Company; and
  • To provide assistance in administrative and operational work as assigned by supervisor(s).

Job Requirements

  • A good university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in corporate communications, journalism, marketing or public relations;
  • An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • A high level of attention to details, good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organisational skills to prioritise and complete tasks with tight deadlines; and
  • Experience in event management and digital marketing is highly desirable.
