Sales Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and participate in client meetings for product demonstrations and events for promotion
  • Prepare business documents such as quotations and invoice, proposals, presentation slides, finance documents etc.
  • Follow up and resolve clients’ feedback by calls, emails and meetings
  • Collaborate with other business partners for promotion
  • Preparation for expo events and business development
  • Manage basic social media platforms, i.e instagram, facebook, linkedin etc

Job Requirements

  • Committment and passion come first!
  • 0-2 years relevant working experience
  • Proactive, willing to learn, self-discipline and responsible
  • Higher Diploma or above in Social science / BBA/ Marketing or related disciplines
  • Interests in startup/ innovation and technology/ healthy aging/ dementia/ elderly service
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Fresh graduate with positive attitude will also be considered
  • Experience in social service sector will be a plus
