Job Responsibilities
- We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator/Executive for a full-time on-site role at the Hong Kong Science Park. He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day sales operations and coordination, client services as well as communications.
- This position will also entail providing support to the sales team leader and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients.
- Generate new business and close sales deals
- Foster and nurture client relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities, articulating the value proposition of ACX products
- Prepare sales quotations, arrange deliveries, and address customer enquiries
- Coordinate projects and sales orders by communicating with business partners
- Participate in technical and/or commercial discussions
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales support
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder of any discipline
- Sales/admin/customer services experience, preferably in access control and smart building solutions/technology industry/building materials industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, and willing to work under pressure required
- A passionate, dedicated heart with a hunger for continuous learning is a MUST
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior position
