Sales Coordinator / Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator/Executive for a full-time on-site role at the Hong Kong Science Park. He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day sales operations and coordination, client services as well as communications.
  • This position will also entail providing support to the sales team leader and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients.
  • Generate new business and close sales deals
  • Foster and nurture client relationships
  • Identify new sales opportunities, articulating the value proposition of ACX products
  • Prepare sales quotations, arrange deliveries, and address customer enquiries
  • Coordinate projects and sales orders by communicating with business partners
  • Participate in technical and/or commercial discussions
  • Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales support

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder of any discipline
  • Sales/admin/customer services experience, preferably in access control and smart building solutions/technology industry/building materials industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
  • Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, and willing to work under pressure required
  • A passionate, dedicated heart with a hunger for continuous learning is a MUST
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior position
